The monthly plan is called Starter. It runs for 30 days and costs $20 CAD with one device, in Canadian dollars. It is a monthly IPTV subscription without the usual strings: there is no contract to sign and no minimum number of months, and nothing has to be installed beyond an app.
What you get for those 30 days is the same service every other customer has. Starter is not a reduced version. The live side has all 61,000+ premium channels and the on demand side all 180K+ movies and series; the TV guide is there, the picture goes as high as 4K where a channel provides it, and Anti-Freeze 9.8 technology is included. Updates are free and automatic, and support is included from the first day.
What you watch during the month is up to you: live channels that follow their schedule, the featured sports and leagues, and on demand titles that start when you press play. The TV guide ties it together: a schedule for every channel, so you know what is playing before you tune in.
It runs on the devices most homes already have: the television itself if it is an LG or Samsung Smart TV, a stick or box plugged into it (Fire TV or Firestick, Android TV, Apple TV, Google TV, MAG), an iPhone, iPad or Android device, a Windows or Mac computer, and whatever else runs an IPTV player. The app that plays it is one you install yourself, Smart IPTV, IBO Player, XCIPTV, Kodi, IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate for instance, and it only has to accept one of the two things we send, an M3U playlist or a login for Xtream Codes. Smartiflix does not supply the app, which means that if you already have a favourite, your month starts in familiar surroundings.
The one thing the plan cannot bring with it is your internet connection. All of it, live or on demand, is carried by your home broadband. A line that stays up is the first requirement; extra speed pays off in 4K and in homes where several screens run together. If the picture is unsteady, a network cable to the TV or streaming box is the first thing to try.
Starter is not limited to a single screen either. Asked for with 2, 3 or 4 devices, it lets each of them play its own programme. The $20 on this page is the one-device price; the device count is a line on the order form.
Getting started follows a short path. The order form comes first, and it is free. Our reply comes second, by WhatsApp or email and within 5 to 15 minutes: it confirms the month you ordered and fixes how you will pay. Third, a message brings the Xtream Codes login and the M3U playlist, which go into the IPTV app of your choice.
At the end of the 30 days you have three choices. Renew for another month, move to a longer plan that costs less per month, or stop. That does not make the monthly plan a poor choice. If you only need a month, Starter is the cheapest way to get it. The picture changes once you renew again and again: a dozen Starter renewals on one device add up to $240; the annual plan is $98. Renewal formIf you have decided to stay, a longer plan lowers the cost of every month. You choose it on the same renewal form, with the number of devices you need. A plan of several months also means fewer renewals to think about.

There is no contract, so stopping needs no notice. If you do not renew, the plan ends when its 30 days are up. No equipment was supplied, so there is nothing to send back, and you are welcome back whenever you like.
