From the North Shore to Surrey, and from the Island to the Rockies, Smartiflix delivers 61,000+ live premium channels, together with 180K+ movies and series, to the screens you already own. One price list in Canadian dollars, nothing to mount and no contract to sign.
Plans from $20 CAD a month, or $8.17 per month on the annual plan.
Plans for 2, 3 or 4 devices are on the pricing page.
Six reasons
Six reasons Vancouver chooses Smartiflix
Live TV and a big on demand library, on the West Coast's clock and in Canadian dollars.
63,000+ active subscribers
Metro Vancouver is the third largest urban area in Canada, squeezed between the mountains and the sea, with towers downtown and family homes spreading out to Surrey and Langley. An IPTV Vancouver plan from Smartiflix suits all of them for a simple reason: it needs no dish and no extra wiring, only the internet connection already in your home. The same goes for the rest of the province, from Victoria to Prince George. Here is what comes with it.
Live channels and a full library
No plan is a cut-down version: each has the 61,000+ live premium channels and each has the 180K+ titles of the on demand library. A Starter customer and a Premium customer see exactly the same lineup, and the TV guide keeps the schedule of every channel within reach.
Sports on West Coast time
Games played in the East start earlier in the day here, and matches in Europe earlier still. The TV guide shows what is live now and what is next, so you never have to work out the time difference.
Priced in Canadian dollars
Prices are listed and billed in CAD, starting at $20 for a month with one device. On the annual plan the cost comes down to $8.17 per month, which is $142 less over a year than paying for Starter every month.
Nothing to mount or wire
No dish on the roof or the balcony and no technician in your home. You install an IPTV app on a device you own and enter the access details we send. It is the same in a rented suite as in a house you own.
Several screens on one plan
A plan is not limited to one television. It can be ordered with 2, 3 or 4 devices as well, each showing its own programme, and you say which when you order. The page about several devices sets out the rules.
Help whenever you are awake
Support is staffed at every hour and answers on WhatsApp or email, so a late night on Pacific Time is covered. It is free with every plan. Contact the team at any hour.
63,000+ active subscribers watch with Smartiflix today. If these reasons match what you are looking for, the plans are right above. Choose a length, tell us how many devices you need and send the form; no payment is taken at that step.
From the North Shore to Surrey: one service for Metro Vancouver
Every city in the region orders the same plans and gets the same channels, wherever the SkyTrain does or does not reach.
Vancouver itself is only part of the picture. Burnaby, New Westminster and Coquitlam lie to the east, Richmond and Delta to the south, Surrey and Langley across the Fraser, and North Vancouver across the inlet. IPTV Vancouver with Smartiflix treats all of them alike, because activation does not depend on your postal code: the same order form, the same reply time, the same price.
Much of the region lives in condos, townhouses and suites, where putting up a dish or running new cable is often not an option. Here there is nothing to fix to a wall. You install an IPTV app on your TV, phone or computer, type in the Xtream Codes login or the M3U playlist we send, and the channels are on. Setup follows the same idea on a Samsung or LG Smart TV, an Android TV, an Apple TV or a MAG box. If you already own a Firestick, the Firestick page is written for you.
In a busy family home, whether in Surrey, Langley or the Tri-Cities, a plan for more than one device earns its keep. The living room, a bedroom and a tablet can each be on their own programme. Whether that means 1, 2, 3 or 4 devices is for you to mark on the form, and the price list is the same in every municipality.
The neighbourhood changes nothing either. A walk-up in Kitsilano, a tower in Coal Harbour or Metrotown, a house in East Van and a townhouse in Port Moody all go through the same three steps: send the form, read our message, enter your details in the app. If you are comparing costs first, the plans above give each length its one-device price.
The Island, the Okanagan, the Kootenays and the north get the same service as the city. Select a region to see its main cities and the time there right now.
Metro Vancouver gathers about half of British Columbia's people around Burrard Inlet and the mouth of the Fraser. Vancouver, Surrey, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam and North Vancouver all order from the same form and pay the same prices in Canadian dollars. The section above looks at the region city by city.
From $20 CAD a month, or $8.17 per month on the annual plan.
British Columbia
Fraser Valley and Sea to Sky
East of the city, the Fraser Valley runs through Abbotsford, Chilliwack and Mission; to the north, the Sea to Sky road climbs to Squamish and Whistler. Homes here order exactly as they do in Vancouver, and the reply by WhatsApp or email is just as quick: 5 to 15 minutes. Distance from downtown counts for nothing; a broadband line that holds steady counts for everything.
From $20 CAD a month, or $8.17 per month on the annual plan.
British Columbia
Vancouver Island
Victoria, the provincial capital, sits at the southern tip of Vancouver Island, with Nanaimo, Courtenay and Campbell River further up the east coast. A ferry ride separates the Island from the mainland, but nothing separates it from the service: all 61,000+ live premium channels, and the 180K+ movies and series with them, arrive over your own internet connection.
From $20 CAD a month, or $8.17 per month on the annual plan.
British Columbia
Okanagan and Thompson
Kelowna, Vernon and Penticton line the Okanagan Valley, and Kamloops stands where the Thompson rivers meet. The Interior gets every plan at the same price as the coast. Unsure how your connection will handle live TV? A free trial answers that on your own screen, before any plan is chosen.
From $20 CAD a month, or $8.17 per month on the annual plan.
British Columbia
Northern BC
Prince George is the main city of the north, with Terrace and Prince Rupert toward the coast and Fort St. John and Dawson Creek in the Peace River country. Most of the north keeps Pacific Time, while the Peace River country keeps Mountain Standard Time all year. Support answers at any hour, whichever clock you live by.
From $20 CAD a month, or $8.17 per month on the annual plan.
British Columbia
The Kootenays
In the southeast, Nelson, Castlegar and Trail keep Pacific Time, while Cranbrook and the East Kootenay keep Mountain Time, like neighbouring Alberta. It makes no difference to an order: there is no installer to book, and we answer by WhatsApp or email whatever the hour on your clock.
British Columbia has a team in MLS, in the CFL and in the NHL, and all three leagues are featured on Smartiflix, alongside the NFL, the NBA, MLB, the main European soccer competitions, UFC, boxing and Formula 1. On game night the TV guide tells you at once which of them is on.
Living on the West Coast shifts the schedule. A game that starts in the evening in the East is on here while the afternoon is still going, and European soccer is played in the morning. The TV guide removes the arithmetic: look up the channel and its current programme is there, followed by the next.
For the picture, there is 4K where a channel offers it and, on every plan, Anti-Freeze 9.8, a technology made to help live streams run more smoothly. A stable connection at home does the rest, and a wired one is steadier still.
The West Coast watches at different hours from the rest of the country. Here is how a day can look with one plan.
Morning: soccer from Europe
European matches are played in the morning and around midday here, and five European competitions are featured: La Liga, Serie A, the Premier League, the Bundesliga and the Champions League. A phone or tablet at the breakfast table does the job.
Games played on this side of the country start after dinner. On a plan with 2, 3 or 4 devices, the game and a movie run side by side on separate screens.
All four fit in the same plan: you order once, and one set of access details opens live television and the on demand library alike. Each price printed on this page covers a single device; the pricing page is where 2, 3 or 4 are priced.
Picture quality
Five habits for a steady picture
In a Yaletown tower or a house on the Sunshine Coast, the picture depends on the same few things. None of them takes more than a minute to check.
1
Begin with your connection
Live channels and on demand titles reach you over your home broadband, so a stable line is the foundation. If your internet drops, so will the picture. Everything else on this list builds on that.
2
Plug in where you can
A TV or streaming box joined to the router by an Ethernet cable can hold a steadier picture than one relying on a weak wireless signal. It takes a cable and a free port on the router, nothing more.
3
Keep wireless devices close
If a cable is not practical, place the device nearer the router. Walls and distance weaken the signal, and a few metres can make a difference.
4
Match the quality to your line
4K looks its best on a fast connection. When several people stream at once, on different screens, a faster line helps every one of them. When the line is busy, a lower resolution is easier on it.
5
Tell us what you see
If the picture still stutters, message support by WhatsApp or email with your device, your app and what happens on screen. The team answers 24/7.
Test before you buy
A free trial lets you check all of this on your own connection first. There is no fee for it and no payment form to fill in.
Whichever IPTV Vancouver plan you take, the content is the same. What changes with length is the cost of every month of service.
The longer the plan, the lower the figure. For one device, the monthly Starter plan is $20.00 per month. Standard lowers it to $17.00, Express to $11.00, and the annual Premium plan to $8.17, with 30 free days added on top. Every amount is in Canadian dollars.
Across twelve months the difference adds up. Renewing Starter each month on one device comes to $240; the Premium plan is $98, so it costs $142 less, a saving of 59%. Prefer not to decide for a whole year? The monthly plan keeps your options open, and you can change length at every renewal.

Straight answers for Vancouver and the rest of British Columbia. If something is missing, the team replies by WhatsApp or email at any hour.
Does Smartiflix work in Vancouver and across the Lower Mainland?
Yes. IPTV Vancouver with Smartiflix is available in the city and in every municipality around it, including Surrey, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam, Langley, Delta and North Vancouver, and out through the Fraser Valley. It arrives over your home internet, so there is no service area to check and no postal code to enter. All it asks of you is a device that runs an IPTV app, and broadband that does not drop.
Is IPTV BC available outside Vancouver?
Yes. IPTV BC means the same plans everywhere in the province: Victoria and Nanaimo on the Island, Kelowna and Kamloops in the Interior, Nelson and Cranbrook in the Kootenays, Prince George and Fort St. John in the north. Prices are identical to those in Vancouver, and so are the order form and the reply time. The region explorer on this page shows the main cities of each part of British Columbia and its local time.
Are plans in BC priced differently from other provinces?
No. BC does not have a price list of its own: the whole country shares one, in Canadian dollars. A month of Starter on one device costs $20 CAD; the 395 days of Premium cost $98 CAD. Billing is in CAD as well, so the amount you see is the amount you pay. For a look at how the service works from coast to coast, see the IPTV Canada page.
I rent a condo or a suite. Does anything have to be installed?
Nothing in the building. No dish goes up, no cable is pulled and no technician calls. All you install is an IPTV app on a device you already own, such as a Smart TV, a Firestick or a phone, and into it go the login or the playlist we send you. No equipment is supplied, so there is nothing to return if you move. Each device has its steps in the setup guide.
Games in the East start early here. How do I keep track?
With the TV guide in your app. Every channel is listed there with the programme running and the one after, so you see at a glance which games have started and which are about to. That matters on the West Coast: what the East calls an evening game falls in our afternoon, and European soccer is played in the morning. There is nothing to convert or look up.
Which sports and leagues are featured?
The list is the Champions League and the Premier League, Serie A, the Bundesliga and La Liga, the NHL, MLB, the NBA, MLS, the NFL and the CFL, plus boxing, Formula 1 and UFC. British Columbia has a team in three of those leagues, the NHL, the CFL and MLS. All of them are part of every plan, whatever its length. On the West Coast the TV guide is especially handy, because it shows what is live now without any time conversion. The sports page describes each one, and hockey fans have a page of their own.
Which devices can I watch on in BC?
Any of these will do: televisions from Samsung and LG, Amazon sticks and boxes (Firestick, Fire TV), Google TV and Android TV boxes, Apple TV, MAG boxes, Apple and Android phones and tablets (iPhone, iPad included), Windows and Mac machines, and any device beyond these with an IPTV player app. On each of them you install a player made for M3U playlists and Xtream Codes; examples are TiviMate, Smart IPTV, IBO Player, Kodi, XCIPTV or IPTV Smarters Pro. No app is provided, so the choice is yours. Start with the screen you use most; if several people watch, order the plan for more devices. Firestick owners can go straight to the Firestick page.
Can different rooms watch different things?
Yes. That is what a plan with several devices is for: you can have 1, 2, 3 or 4, and they play independently of one another. You give the number when you order. The plans on this page show prices for one device, and the page about plans for several devices covers the rest.
How quickly do I hear back after ordering?
Within 5 to 15 minutes. That first message, by WhatsApp or email, is there to confirm the details and arrange payment; nothing has been charged up to that point. With both settled, we send the Xtream Codes login and the M3U playlist over the same channel. It helps to install your IPTV app beforehand, so you can enter them as soon as they arrive.
Is support available on Pacific Time?
It is available at all times. Most of British Columbia keeps Pacific Time and parts of the east keep Mountain Time; support runs 24/7 for both, by WhatsApp or email. It is free and included with every plan. That covers late evenings and weekends, when most people sit down to watch. Describe your device, your app and what you see, and the team will work through it with you.
Can I try it before choosing a plan?
Yes. A free trial is available on request. It is free of charge and you are not asked for payment details. Use it to watch on the television and the connection you will actually use, at the time of day you normally watch. A trial runs on one device, which is all you need to judge the picture and the TV guide. If it suits you, pick a plan on this page afterwards.
How do I renew or change my plan?
Through the renewal form. You give your username and choose the plan for the next period, which can be the same or a different length. A payment link is sent to you by WhatsApp or email, and the renewal starts once it is paid. Hold on to the message with your access details, since it contains the username the form asks for. There is no contract, so if you decide not to renew, you simply do nothing.
