Setup guide
Three steps take you from your order to your first channel. After that, every device has its own way of installing an app, and each one has its own guide below.

Once we have confirmed your order, a message on WhatsApp or email brings your playlist (M3U) and your login (Xtream Codes), usually 5 to 15 minutes after you sent the form.
Use your favourite IPTV app on the device you want to watch on.
Enter your M3U playlist or Xtream Codes login and start watching.
Device guides
Any device with an IPTV player app can show Smartiflix, and any such app will do. These guides cover the devices people ask about most: choose yours and its guide tells you what to install, where your details go and what to do when something does not work.

Samsung televisions run Tizen, with a smaller choice of players. Some are set up from a web page with a code shown on the TV. Both methods, explained.

LG televisions run webOS. The store has a short list of players, and a few are loaded from your phone. What to install and how to enter your details.

A PC gives you the most ways to watch: VLC for a one-minute test, an app from the Microsoft Store or a full desktop player. All three, step by step.
More devices
If a device runs an IPTV player app, Smartiflix works on it. These have no guide yet, so the support team sets them up with you.

Any device
Menus differ from one device to the next, but the setup always goes through the same five stages. This IPTV setup guide lists them in order; the device guides above fill in the details for each one.
Televisions, sticks, phones and tablets install apps from their own store; a computer uses a store or the website of the app. If your television has no IPTV player in its store, a streaming stick in a free HDMI port brings one with it. A device that already installs apps needs no extra box.
Smartiflix works with every IPTV player app, so the choice comes down to comfort: a guide laid out like a TV grid, a plain list, separate sections for films and series. Some players cost nothing; others ask their developer's own fee, which has nothing to do with your plan. Try one or two and keep the one you like.
Our message holds two ways in: an Xtream Codes login, made of a server address, a username and a password, and an M3U playlist, one long web address. Most players ask for one or the other. Copy them exactly as written, capitals included, since one wrong character is enough to have them refused.
On the first sign-in the player fetches the channel list, then the TV guide. A big lineup needs a few minutes for this, so leave the app open until both are done, then open a channel and a film to check that live TV and the library both play.
Live television is the part that feels your internet line first. A network cable from the router to the television or box is the steadiest link there is; on Wi-Fi, pick the 5 GHz network and set things up so that fewer walls stand between the router and the screen.
Troubleshooting
Most problems after a first setup have a simple cause. Try these before anything else; support is there if they do not help.
Compare your details with our message, character by character, and check that the playlist went into the playlist option and the login into the login fields. If they match and nothing loads, support can check your account.
Close the app fully, restart the device and the router, then try a cable or the 5 GHz network. If one channel misbehaves while the others play, tell support which one.
Wait a few minutes after you first sign in, use the option of your player that reloads the guide, and make sure the device is set to your time zone.

Setup & Devices
When the picture stops, spins or drops in quality, the cause can almost always be found at home. Work through these checks, from the quickest to the most thorough, and the stream will usually settle.

A blank or wrong TV guide is one of the most common IPTV problems, and one of the easiest to solve. Here is why the guide goes missing, shows the wrong times or skips channels, and what to do in each case.
