The annual plan
How the IPTV subscription 12 months works
One order, one payment and a full year of the service, with a month added on top. Here is what that means in practice.
A year, then a month more
The annual plan is called Premium. Its 12 months are 365 days of service, and every order adds 30 days at no charge, so a single payment of $98 CAD on one device buys 395 days in all. The extra days are not a voucher to claim or a credit to remember: they are part of the plan itself.
Nothing about the service changes with the length. An IPTV subscription 12 months long carries exactly what the monthly plan carries: the live channels, the library of movies and series, the TV guide, and pictures up to 4K wherever a channel is broadcast that way. What you pay for is time, not a bigger package.
That makes the annual plan easy to weigh up. The real question is not whether a year brings more content, because it does not, but whether you will still be watching in the eighth month. If you already know the answer, the yearly price is the one to take.
What the price works out to
Over its 12 paid months, Premium comes to $8.17 a month on one device, and its 30 free days come on top of that. A month costs $11.00 on the six month plan, $17.00 on the three month plan and $20.00 on Starter, the plan you renew every month. No other length gets near the annual rate.
Seen as a total, twelve orders of Starter would add up to $240. One annual order is $98: a difference of $142, or 59% of the month-by-month total, and the annual plan still runs longer than those twelve months would. The table further down sets every length side by side.
Prices are in Canadian dollars and do not change from one province or territory to another. The figure on this page is for one device; the price with 2, 3 or 4 devices is listed on the pricing page.
Paying once for the whole year
The order form never asks for a card number. When it reaches us, a reply on WhatsApp or email follows within 5 to 15 minutes, confirming the plan and agreeing how you would like to pay. Your access details are sent as soon as that is settled.
After that single payment there is nothing left to do for the rest of the year. There is no charge every month, no renewal to remember every few weeks, and no risk of losing the picture halfway through a season because a short plan ran out on a busy day.
Nothing renews behind your back either. When the 395 days are over, the plan simply stops unless you send the renewal form. A yearly IPTV subscription with Smartiflix is one decision, taken once, with its end date known from the start.
When a shorter plan is the better order
A year is not the right first step for everyone, and there is no point pretending otherwise. If IPTV is new to you, the free trial or a single month lets you see it at home, with your own television and your own internet line, before you spend more. If you only need a few weeks of television, the monthly plan costs less in total, even though each day costs more.
The annual plan earns its place once watching has become a habit. Here is a simple test: by the time you would have ordered Starter 5 times in a row, the annual plan has already become the cheaper of the two, and it still has months left to run.

A year of IPTV, from the first evening to the renewal
What an IPTV subscription 12 months long looks like once ordered: the first evening, the year itself (which asks very little of you) and how it ends.
The first evening
Your access details come in two forms, a playlist and a login, so whichever your player app prefers is covered. Install the app on the screen you use most, sign in, and give the TV guide a few minutes to fill in the first time. The IPTV setup guide takes you through the devices people ask about most.
If your plan includes a second screen, set it up the same way with the same details. Every device on the plan can show something different from the others at the same moment.
The months in between
Most of the year asks nothing of you. Updates arrive on their own and cost nothing, the guide keeps itself current inside your player, and the plan runs on whatever the season. If something stops working, support answers 24/7 on WhatsApp or email, and should the service itself be interrupted on your account, new access details are issued so the picture comes back.
A lot can change in a year: a new television, a phone you watch on more often, someone moving into the house. A new device only needs a player app and the same access details. How many of them can play together is set by your plan, and the renewal form is where that number can change.
There is nothing to manage in between, either. No app of ours to keep up to date, no monthly statement to read, no account to log in to: the player app on your own device is the only thing you ever open.
The last few weeks
Because nothing renews on its own, the end of the year is a moment to decide, not a charge to discover. Think about the evenings you really used it and how many screens were busy at once, then choose what comes next: a second year, a shorter plan, or the same length with more devices.
Send the renewal form a few days before the end date and the picture never stops. It asks for your username exactly as you received it, and a payment link follows by WhatsApp or email. A renewed annual plan is a full one again, with its 30 extra days.

Why a year
Why choose 1 year of IPTV
The annual plan asks for one decision instead of twelve, and pays you back for making it early.
63,000+ active subscribers
Short plans have their place, mainly for trying the service or for a few weeks of use. For a home that already watches most days, these are the reasons the 12 month IPTV subscription is the order that makes the most sense.
The lowest rate per month
$8.17 a month on one device, against $20.00 when you renew month after month.
30 days added at no cost
Each annual order lasts 395 days rather than 365. The extra month comes with the plan, with nothing to claim.
One renewal a year
One order instead of twelve: less to keep track of, and no gap between one period and the next.
A whole season covered
Leagues play for months, and their playoffs run on after that. A year takes you from the first game to the last one.
The full service on day one
There is no cut-down version: the lineup, the on demand library and the TV guide are complete from the first evening.
Help for the whole year
Support costs nothing and answers 24/7 while the plan runs, whether you write on day 3 or on day 390.
If the television is on most evenings in your home, the numbers all point the same way. Order the annual plan above or compare the lengths first.
1 year IPTV is a good fit for some homes and too much for others. These four situations are where the annual plan pays off most.
Homes that watch every day
When the TV is switched on most evenings, a monthly plan means paying the highest rate again and again. If two people want different channels at once, the same annual plan can be ordered for more than one device.
Still unsure? A shorter plan or the free trial settles the question first, and the renewal form lets you move to 12 months later on.

Lengths compared
Is 12 months the right length for you?
Every plan carries the same service, so the choice depends on one thing: how sure you are that you will keep watching.
The longer the plan, the less each day costs, and the earlier you have to decide. Twelve months suits most homes that already know the service. Six months gives a lower rate without a full year; three months is a sensible step after a first month; and the monthly plan is for trying the water or for a short spell of use.
The number of screens is the other thing to weigh. Every length can be ordered for one to four devices, and on the annual plan each device you add lowers the cost per screen; the multi screen page explains what that means for a household.
Whatever you choose now can change later. The renewal form at the end of every plan asks which length you want next, so a home can start with a month, move to a year once it is sure, and drop back down if its habits change.

A year is the best value, but it is also the longest commitment. Before you order an IPTV subscription 12 months long, these checks take a few minutes and remove the guesswork.
1
Check your main screen
Make sure the television or device you use most can install an IPTV player app. The IPTV setup guide covers the devices people ask about most.
2
Watch at your busiest hours
Your connection matters more than anything else. A trial or a single month shows how your line copes at the times you really watch.
3
Count the screens that play at once
The number of devices goes on the order form. It can be different at your next renewal, so pick what you need today.
4
Browse the guide and the library
Look through the TV guide and the on demand catalogue for what you care about before you pay for a year of it.
5
Know the refund window
A refund can be asked for within 48 hours of activation, or within 7 days of paying if the plan was never activated. The refund policy has the details.

How much is an IPTV subscription for 12 months in Canada?
Premium, our 12 month plan, costs $98 CAD with one device for 395 days: 365 days plus 30 days free. The prices with 2, 3 or 4 devices are on the pricing page.
Is annual IPTV cheaper than paying monthly?
Yes. On one device, Premium costs $142 less than 12 months of Starter, a saving of 59%: $98 instead of $240.
What do I get with 1 year of IPTV?
395 days of the full service: 61,000+ live premium channels and a library of 180K+ movies and series, a picture from HD to 4K, the TV guide (EPG), updates that install themselves at no cost, and free support at any hour. A year does not buy extra content: the shorter plans carry the same.
How long does a 12 month IPTV plan last?
395 days: 365 days plus 30 days free, for one payment in Canadian dollars.
How many devices can I use with IPTV 12 months?
1, 2, 3 or 4, depending on the plan you order: each device can play something different at the same time. On one device, Premium works out to $8.17 per month. The count is not final until the order form is sent: the checkout page lets you change it.
Can I change the number of devices on an annual plan?
Choose it with care when you order: the number of devices goes on the order form, and the renewal form lets you pick a different number for the next period.
How fast do I get my IPTV access?
Allow 5 to 15 minutes after sending the form. Our message by WhatsApp or email confirms your plan and how you will pay, and your playlist and login follow straight after that.
When do I pay for my 12 month plan?
After we have confirmed the order with you, not before. The form is sent without payment, and the method is agreed by WhatsApp or email: debit or credit card, PayPal, cryptocurrency or Western Union.
Can I get a refund on a yearly plan?
Yes, within 48 hours of the activation, or within 7 days of paying if the plan has not been activated. You are refunded in full, to the method you paid with, as the refund policy explains.
What happens when my 12 months end?
The plan ends and nothing renews by itself. To go on, the renewal form asks for your username and the plan for the following period, annual again or shorter; the payment link arrives by WhatsApp or email and the renewal begins when it is paid.
Can I try IPTV before I buy 12 months?
Yes. Premium can be tested first: the free trial page takes your request, no payment details are involved, and the trial covers 1 device and lasts 6, 12 or 24 hours, according to what is available that day.
Do the free days come with every annual order?
Yes. Every order of Premium lasts 395 days, a renewal included: the 30 free days are part of the plan, not a welcome offer.
Is 1 year of IPTV worth it?
If you watch most weeks, yes. On one device the year costs $8.17 per month, against $20.00 on the monthly plan. If you are not sure yet, start with the free trial or a single month and move to 12 months at your next renewal.
Can I share my annual plan with friends or family elsewhere?
No. Each subscription belongs to the person who ordered it and may not be passed on to anyone else. Use it on your own phone, computer, tablet or television; a plan for two or more devices lets that many of them play together.
Are sports included in the annual plan?
Yes. Every plan carries the same lineup, so the sports and leagues come with the year as they do with a month. The featured leagues are listed on the sports page.
Can I move from the monthly plan to 12 months?
Yes, when your current plan ends. The renewal form asks which plan you want next: choose Premium and the next period lasts 395 days.
How is Premium different from the shorter plans?
Only in its length and its price. Premium runs for 395 days, the longest of the four, and has the lowest cost per month; the channels, the library, the TV guide and the support are exactly the same on every plan.
Will the price change during my 12 months?
No. The price is paid once, when the order is confirmed, and covers all 395 days. Nothing more is charged unless you send the renewal form.
Is there a contract with a yearly IPTV subscription?
No. There are no contracts: Premium is one payment for 395 days.
